Responsibilities include: Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business. Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory. Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed team selling effort into the assigned accounts. Team will include sales, corporate management, and technical sales support. Focus on Customer Satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Must have an exceptional track record selling high-end software or hardware solutions, preferably in the data storage, networking, caching or systems software areas, to large, Fortune 500 type accounts. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of direct selling experience, with at least 3-5 years selling to the WAN industry industry. Established relationships in the industry are a big plus. Strong knowledge of at least one of these: Data Storage, Data Caching, Networking/Communications, Systems Software Individual must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations. Track record of exceeding quotas year after year. Exceptional selling, negotiating, and presentation skills are mandatory. Bachelor degree
